The Culinary Institute of America is an American private (3000 students) college and culinary school specializing in culinary, baking, and pastry arts education. The school’s primary campus is located in Hyde Park, New York, with branch campuses in St. Helena and Napa, California; San Antonio, Texas; and Singapore.
During this weekend, the CIA gathers over 150 alumni who participate in culinary activities:
- Food&beverage showcases
- Friday Reception: Post Road Brew House/Plaza
- Saturday Lunch: Farquharson Hall
- Saturday Dinner: Caterina de’ Medici
- Sunday Bruch: Farquharson Hall
Rioja will be the only wine served on Friday Reception and Saturday lunch.
Rioja will also award with a 2k scholarship to a CIA student
Rioja will offer 4 Rioja Master Class and tasting led by the Rioja Certified Educator Rick Fisher.
