Where the Heart of Wine Beats – Roasted Cauliflower Wine Pairing

Rioja Crianza and Roasted Cauliflower

For a favorite, flavorful table wine, look no further than a full-bodied Crianza Rioja. Serve it with this Roasted Cauliflower dish to delight your dinner guests.


Roasted Cauliflower Ingredients:

1 Head cauliflower, trimmed of green leaves

¼ Cup Olive oil

¼ Cup Melted butter

Crunchy Sea Salt (to taste)

Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Pomegranate seeds (for garnish)


To Cook:

Place olive oil & butter in medium mixing bowl and soak cauliflower, stem side up, for 30 min.

Over high-heat, in heavy bottomed roasting pan or cast iron skillet, sear cauliflower (stem side down) for approximately 3 minutes.

Transfer to oven and cook for 20 minutes—occasionally removing pan to baste cauliflower.


To Serve:

Finish with crunchy sea salt, fresh herbs and pomegranate seeds.
