Exclusive City Winery & Rioja Wine Dinner: A Spanish Culinary Experience with Chef Tim Fink.
City Winery, the urban winery known for its unique culinary and cultural experiences, is excited to partner with Wines from Rioja for an exclusive wine dinner on November 16th, 2023.
The event will take place in the intimate and cozy confines of City Winery’s Private Barrel Room with views of the winery. Guests will indulge in a curated tasting menu prepared by Executive Chef Tim Fink, expertly paired with a selection of wines from Rioja, Spain’s premier wine region.
The dinner menu features a variety of Spanish-inspired dishes, including:
- Spanish Grilled Prawns with Bodegas Muga Rioja Blanco 2022
- Seafood Salad with CVNE Rosata Rioja
- Seafood Paella with Beronia Rioja Crianza
- Pears in Red Wine with La Rioja Alta Vina Arana Rioja 2015
