Named “Best Young Winemaker” by Tim Atkin MW in 2019 and recently elevated to his prestigious “First Growth Group” in 2023, Sandra is making waves in Rioja with her fresh, elegant, and terroir-focused wines. Her dedication to biodynamic farming and minimal intervention allows the unique character of her high-altitude, old-vine vineyards in Rioja Alavesa to truly express itself. Crafted with native yeasts and aged in amphorae and neutral oak, her wines offer a pure and captivating taste of the land.

She will be pouring 7 exceptional wines for guests to sample in a standing room only tasting format on our patio from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Want to extend your experience? Most of Sandra’s wines will also be available by the half glass, full glass, or bottle for our dinner guests throughout the evening.
